Sharron’s right, you know…
If you live in Nevada, you can't seem to be able to watch TV for more than a few minutes before you're bombarded by ads paid for by the progressive reich criticizing Sharron Angle. Their favorite tactic, if you give the dems enough credit to be capable of such a thing, is to haul out their favorite video clip of Angle.
There's just one problem... despite the countless ads criticizing Angle's claim that it's "not her job" to bring jobs to Nevada, the ads do nothing to attempt to prove her wrong.
Because they can't.
Let's take a look at good ol' Harry's track record. How many jobs has he brought to Nevada since this latest economic shitstorm? A few thousand? Out of how many of millions of people who were put out of work due to his party's economic policies? Well done, you.
Oh, and don't even give me the whole "it's Bush's fault" line of bullshit. The dems were well in command of our economic policy for many years into the Bush administration. If Bush could be blamed for anything, it would be for letting the dems get away with this shit and not trying to fight them off.
And at what was the price tag that came with those jobs, Harry? Most people forget that each of those jobs that Reid brought to Nevada were the result of pork barrel projects -- billions of dollars of taxpayer money that he whored himself out to unions and special interests to get. How much of OUR MONEY was wasted bringing that pathetic number of jobs to Nevada? Money that, had it been left in the hands of the business owners and entrepreneurs who paid those taxes, could have been used to create hundreds of thousands or even millions of new jobs?
Sharron Angle is absolutely right. It's NOT her job to bring jobs to Nevada, nor is it any other politician's job. Its her job to create and nurture an economic environment that allows businesses to be successful and to grow and create jobs right the fuck where they are now, without having to move anywhere.
It astonishes me how few people get this very simple concept. It's not rocket surgery, ferchrissake.
